The staffs are great and the location is convenient. Free laundry but had some stuff stolen while drying on the balcony. Quality of the room fits the price. However, it's got all the essentials - AC, free Wifi, etc.

Not bad for an urban hostel, although a bit run down. The staff is nice enough. The location is close to the main station and the subway, so although you aren\'t in a great part of the city, you can get anywhere in a few minutes. Taipei was very hot when I visited and the hostel was unbearably hot during the day. Other than that, it was an okay place. I would probably try elsewhere next time, just to see if I could find somewhere a little better.

I go away even though i have paid money. So terrible especially for bad for girls. They bring you to another building far away from MRT station not as mentioned on the web site info. This is not a hostel just traditional Taiwan Apartments. Old and dirty and you need to walk stairs with your large luggage.

The friendly and helpful staff at Taiwanmex had indeed made my stay there a comfortable one... The place was cozy and homey... for the price it offered, i couldn't ask for more =)
Very convenient location. Small but very nice & clean room. Toilets are very clean. For bath you just have to step outside on the terrace - not that bad. I must say Raul is very kind person, ready to help you any time of the day/night. I would again stay here.
