- “ Great hostel. Approachability and helpfulness of check in staff very varied. Also US$2 to use the internet for 20 minutes is really expensive. Other than that a great place to stay. ”

- “ Very modern and clean, and a short walk from the city centre. All the bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was really big, plus the breakfast was good and had a large range of food and drink. The aircon in the rooms was a bit loud but they do provide free earplugs! Recommended. ”

- “ This is the way all hostels should look, feel, and be run. It is very clean (not a dump like most), definitely felt safe & secure. There are plenty of bathrooms, it is quiet, locker storage is large, free breakfast is great, dorm rooms are nice. I would recommend staying at this hostel to anyone going to Boston. Only down side, bed prices are pricey but everything is pricey in Boston. Also if you take the T to get to the hostel get off at Tuffs Medical Center it is the closest station. ”

- “ My first time in a hostel and I loved it! This location was clean, very organized and just well put together. I will be staying here everytime I come to the city I love. I even wrote up a recommendation for Boston Chinatown on my blog so others know they can book there! http://fashionextraordinariness.blogspot.com/2012/09/boston-for-36-hours.html ”

- “ A very cool hostel. This is THE PLACE to stay when you're in Boston. It's housed in an ultra modern building with cool artwork on the walls. The kitchen serves a very nice breakfast buffet with a good selection of foods. The staff were very cheerful and helpful when I had questions about Boston's sites. The location is near tourist sites like the Freedon Trail and Chinatown. The atmosphere is energetic and fun. I definitely recommend this hostel. ”

- “ I was impressed with this hostel. The location is great, atmosphere is relaxed and open. I really enjoyed my stay. The only disappointment I had was the the wifi wasn't very strong in my room I could connect but nothing much more than that. But that really is my only complaint. ”

- “ Easily the best value for money in Boston. Staff is wonderful in all manners, breakfast is plentiful, beds are great, every facility is incredibly spacy, neat and clean, specially considering how huge the hostel is. Walking distance to pretty much every part of the town. Boston is great, plenty of things to do. Things are quite cheap, the people are well-mannered, transportation is widespread (though I'm used to São Paulo, so Boston is so tiny for me that I walked it all). Would surely be back! ”

- “ Getting around the city is great from this location either by walking or taking the subway. I felt the area to be safe day and night. The rooms have huge lockers for your baggage and 3 bathrooms on the floor I stayed in. Boston is a great city and I would certainly stay here again. ”

- “ HI Boston is very fresh and comfortable. First time I visited, I couldn't find the hostel and I asked many people where it was, but no one knew tne hostel. That's because it has just opened. Today I came back again to HI Boston-Chinatown, I found the big sign H above the entrance and also several changes. It's very nice for them to improve soon. ”

- “ great hostel. clean and everything. only thing i missed, compared to other hostels i've been, was the communication between the guests. I think thats because its a huge hostel with lots of space. For my taste to big. But the beds were comfortable, bathroom big &clean Wi-Fi in the room, big kitchen clean &breackfast, laundry room, TV room ect! great! ”

- “ Terrific Hostel, still very new and clean. However, the air conditioning is so noisy even ear plugs do not fully help when trying to sleep. Further, it undoes the hostel's efforts of being green (air conditioning = climate killer 1) ”
