A very cosy and clean hostel in the center of the city. The staff is nice and attentive, the price is reasonable. The only minus is that cooking is not allowed, but one can easily find low cost cafes in the neighbourhood, so it's ok. In addition, hot drinks and drinking water are offered for free 24 h/day. i stayed at this hostel for 2 weeks and my experience was wonderful. The staff, the cleanliness, the beds, the other travellers, and the location were all incredible. The shower is great, very large and cmfortable. the stff very informative and caring. i honestly have no bad things to say about this place and would highly recommend it to any other travellers! ten out of ten! 5 stars. The worst hostel we have been to. The staff was really rude, not helpful and impolite. They didn't tell us that there is no hot water in the hostel due to renovation. We had to buy sheets, because they forbid us to sleep in sleeping bags. There were no keys to rooms. We booked 8-beds room,which appeared to be 12-beds room. The bathroom and toilette were really stinky and dirty, no one cleaned there during 5 days of our staying. No kitchen, no toilette paper. the worst hostel ı have ever seen out of 30 countrıes. no runnıng water except for the dodgey shower tap. no hot water at all. no staff members on sıte, (serıously) not clean. no operatıng kıtchen. a bat was ın the dorms. all thıs for 80 australıan dollars a nıght. thıs ıs far from a hostel. ı would rather sleep ın a tent on a street. To get to the hostel you’ll have to walk to another place first to get your private key. And at this place there is no staff at all. So, if any problems or questions you’ll probably have to go back there to resolve any of it.
