We did not stay at Nusta. We were sent to a hotel that belongs to the same company. Very good beds, clean and good location. Breakfast was ok, served from 5 AM, and the staff was very helpful Soledad, from Colombia ~ 1st Aug 2009

WORST HOSTEL EVER! The service was very poor, they just handed us the key and that was it, we had to ask ourselfs where to go. The shower took ages to heat up and when it finally did it turned icecold after 1 minute, so no agua caliente in this hostel! The breakfast was very poor, the bread was very old and dry with only jam and butter to put on it, even the tea wasn't hot. When I said something about it I just got yelled at.
