Our stay at Casablanca was great! The staff was helpful and treated us very well. Juan, the manager, was especially careful to make sure that our stay was a good one. He went out of his was to make sure that we had all we needed as well as offer services related to what we wanted on this visit. He arranged the tours that we requested and made sure all went well. We had a great stay there and would recommend it to anyone!!

Unfortunately, we did not have the pleasure of the Hotel Casablanca because they neglected to pick us up from the airport. We ended up staying elsewhere because we were left needing a ride from the airport. Not very professional.

a good location, just far enough from the place de armas to be quiet. A bit on the expensive side. More suitaable to an older crowd as it is more of a hotel than a hostal.

The absolute best thing about this hotel is the location, central to most everything - train station, central plaza, shopping!!! However, not much to do at the hotel other than eat and sleep. The shower was great with lots of water pressure and hot water. The staff speaks limited English, but are very nice people.

Very very noisy as it is on the main road. They told me they were going to bring my baggage to the train station and they forgot! I had to call them and I nearly miss the train to Cusco.
