Hotel Andre Gill is absolutely gorgeous, the location is fantastic, and the staff are smiley and friendly. A smile goes a long way and they are free. I will stay there when-ever I'm in Paris.

We were really satisfied with the hotel, it was easy to find (but look on a map first)and in a great location in Montmatre, near the Sacre Coeur, with lots of nice authentic restaurants and cafes nearby (and a few brothels, but hey!). At first we were shown to a room that hadn't been cleaned- lucky for us, as we were then given room 68, with a view of the eiffel tower! be aware that not all rooms have a private toilet, so if you book ensuite, insist apon it. Other than that, breakfast is typical tea/coffee with a croissant, baguette and juice- all you really need! For the price, we couldn't ask for more!

en general esta bien, yo ya habia llegado ahi y decidi regresar. lo unico feito es que la zona es peligrosa a altas horas de la noche o muy temprano en la mañana (como a las 6am) hay ladroncillos por la estacion del metro.

I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Andre Gill! When we arrived, there was a little problem with the electricity in our room, but before we could ask they arranged another room for us. I thought the hotel was very clean, the staff was real friendly and the beds were perfect (even much better than my own :p I think the beds were very new)! I immediately felt at home because of the cats and the fact that the (autumn forest) wallpaper downstairs was exactly the same as the one I have in my own living room (how bizarre!). :D I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people and stay there again myself!

Recommended! Nice place, nice staff. Breakfast is served to you! Locaton is alright, in the Red Light District, but the Metro is close and works out great!

Nice hostel, a short Metro ride away from sights like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, but not in walking distance. The elevator is small and broken, so take the stairs! (And there are lots of them!) No shower curtain, but the bathroom was clean. Okay rooms, and overall a nice place.

Its a nice place, but not for people looking to meet new people.
