- “ When i arrived at the hostel, I met the staff whp were not able to speak English very well however, I could see that he was a service-minded person. He tried to explained to me how to use the door knob and the code in Japanese which I think it was kind of fun and such an experience. If I have a chance to go back to Tokyo next time, I will think about this hostel. ”

- “ Lousiest service.... you can't store your bags for free if you come in early.... you have to pay Y500 even if you were storing it for 1.5hours... official check-in only start at 4pm... You cannot store your bags in the capsule in the day time even if you book multiple nights... you will end up wasting money Y500 a day to store your bags in the day time... what rubbish!!!! You will be better off at Kawase capsule which is much nearer to the sightseeing locations in Asakusa... Avoid at all cost!! ”
