The lady was very nice, and breakfast was included... but we did not feel that the room or bathroom were clean at all, and the hotel was very far from Rotterdam's train station. Would not return there, ever. Talia, from USA ~ 16th May 2009

In all actuality the guy's there were really nice. They seem very workable on things like price, room and other things as well. If I ever needed a room for a while in Rotterdam, it would be the 1st place I check. Dank je wel Dustin Dustin, from USA ~ 11th May 2009

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and equipped with a lot of sockets so that the 3 of us did not need to wait for each other to charge our phone and camera batteries. nice breakfast. ZY, from Malaysia ~ 10th May 2009

Not really suitable for backpackers but good to stay for a couple of days. Asked if we could use the kitchen to heat up something but they never got back to us. You're not supposed to bring food inside. Close to tram stop but about 20-25 min walk to city centre. Area felt quite unsafe.
