The place was alright, despite the fact that the bathroom door was broken on my floor, so if anyone closed the door you'd have to go down a level. I'm sure that'll get fixed though. I think you could finish your entire breky before the elevator made it from floor 3 to the lobby. Unfortunately, there were no lockers in the rooms. Other than that, there's a bar downstairs which seemed to be lively, and the location makes it easy to get anywhere, especially during the day when the free trolley runs. I'd probably go back

Hi.when i had to check out, the staff told me i needed to bring blanket and etc.but i didn't have time to do it.but one of your frendly staff told me it's ok.just check out.i'm really thanks for that.but i'm wondering that when i checked in ,if your staff told me about that.i must have brought blanket and etc..its just my opinion.I'll recommend your hostel to my guests.thanks.

Staff doesn´t have a clue what they are doing, I reserved a bed but when I arrived my reservation hadn´t even come through, had to wait 45 min to get a bed... Breakfast was awful, the kitchen is a total disaster (only 7 hobs working for a 400 bed hostel!!), no character at all..., fun when you want to get drunk everynight and keep all the people in your dorm up!!

Arrived late and the guy at the desk insisted I had to pay a higher rate, even though I had already booked the lower one on this site. Had to print out my confirmation twice (since their printer didnt print clear enough) and he still wouldnt consider it. Tho the next morning the regular desk girl refunded the difference no questions asked; they had not updated the dorm price on hostelworld. Still, it would have been nice to not have to spend a half hour checking in at 2am. If not for the easy location from the Avalon sunbus I wouldnt go back here again, it smells funny in some places.
