A catastrophe. The personell was incompetent and tried to charge us more for our room than displayed in our confirmation. Then, there was no hot water in the shower and on the wall in the bathroom there was mold fungus everywhere. Don't come here, it's a horrible place. Paola, from Germany ~ 5th Jan 2012
