very helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet. great location, tucked into a little sidestreet almost in the middle of Interlaken. only this is checkout is at 11, which is normal, but we had to leave our stuff there and they let us, but it was in room with others baggage, not the safest but they were nice enough to let us leave it. great place. mexican/aztec theme, very unique!

Hotel is centrally located and just 5 mins walk to station., rooms are clean, staff are good, break fast is good but you won't find hot food as you get in UK.

We had a nice stay here. The lady at the front desk (as well as her son) let us know all the great nightlife areas, as well as how to navigate back and forth from the slopes. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay somewhere nice but is on a fixed budget. The location is right in the middle of downtown, but is right next to a huge construction zone, so parking is a couple blocks away from the hotel.
We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were extremely helpful in organising activities to do and offering advice. The location was great since everything is close in Interlaken and was a short walk from the train station. Would recommend to others.
We liked our stay at the Blume Hotel. The lady manager was very polite , friendly and helpful. The rooms were cosy and neat. The Hotel had a Mexican restraunt downstairs which was helpful. The Hotel is well located near the Interlaken West and in the centre of the town. All shopping, banks and stations are in walking distance. We had a good experience

A little hard to find especially considering the roads do not run straight. Attached next to a pretty good if not a little overpriced Mexican place, but they really push for you to eat there. Room was updated very recently with modern furniture and was very clean overall. Very quiet at night.

The hotel is a little far to walk from the train station. The room is non-smoking but the smoking smell is quite strong coming from the hallway. 112 Franc/ double room is a little pricey since we have to use shared toilet and shower. Breakfast is not included either.

The location was excellent; however, the street was closed to vehicular traffic during the day and a bit tricky to find.
