- “ I have enjoyed my 3 day stay in this hotel: the staff was friendly and warmful. The little problems I had were about the Internet connection which was very poor on the 3rd floor I did not know there were no elevator in the hotel, so I had to carry my heavy bag upstairs there is no bus stop really close to the hotel, so we have to walk 10 min. to reach it. Above all, it was a pleasant stay in the heart of Montreal ”

- “ I will never ever recommend this website to anyone. It takes three days to be in contact with a representative from the agency. There is no phone number on the website. I was unable to properly cancel my reservation due to the time it took to get a response from an agent, and I now lost out on $20 because my deposit did not carry over to the new reservation I had to make with the hostel directly. There is no communication between the hostel and website, and no communication between the customer and the we ”

- “ -Close to Champs de Mars Metro and the -Bus Station. -Doors are locked from the outside almost all the time, but they provide you with a set of keys to access building upon check-in -very small, european style room with an updated bathroom..but was adequate for our use. Overall, it was spot on for the price we paid: service was fine, room was clean, location was good (although the street was eerie quiet at nighttime). ”
