The location is pretty good,easy to find by car(GPS) and close the Duomo(less 10mins),the hotel looks good in appearence(hall and cafeteria),the staff was cold,the room was small for 4 beds but realy clean(shower too),but one of the bed was a bit broken and unconfortable(that's a small point).The breakfast was nice as well andplentyful.For the people by car: no parking!!!only a public one 25euros per night or in the street( pay tickets 1.20euros/h.Value for £ okay,don't expect 3 stars hotel GIMENO, from France ~ 2nd Jan 2012

one of the most important thing that needed in this hotel will be sleeper in bathroom and also a place to put you staff when you want to take a shower. another one will be the heating system which is not new and during cold weather it will be a problem specially for families that have child. I would definitely recommend Hotel Demo if you're staying in Milan. We had a large, beautiful room, clean linen and towels every day, hot shower and the breakfeast is great! We originally booked hotel demo but when we got there they transferred us to club hotel which is a few meters from them. It was a pleasant little hotel but there was no airconditioning which was what was advertised by hotel demo and i specifically wanted that because it was so hot in milan during the summer. We had to open the balcony to get some air. The wifi is also not functioning so we had no internet connection for the 3days we stayed there. However, staff was very helpful and polite. When you came back to the hotel, the receiptionist didn't check your passport then will pass the room key back to us. Even they didn't meet us before. They won't ask anything. It is impossible. That's mean, everyone can ask your room key if you went out. When we were going to sleep the electric power was cut.
