“ Jack, the owner met to check us in after agreeing to a late check-in. He spent quite a bit of time giving us guidance and suggestions as to things to do and how to get around. He was very helpful. There is no staff except Jack but he gave us his number if we needed anything. The room was basic, no tv, but adequate. Having an ensuite bathroom was a must for us so that was a plus. The location is good being near the subway and bus stops. Good basic room with terrace, no other amenities. ”

“ The hostel manager was wonderful and very friendly. He sat us down and gave us a map and got us grounded as to where we were and where to go which was very nice. The hostel was very clean and it was nice that we could come and go as we pleased.. there was no curfew but at the same time it was very secure. We had a key to the front door and we felt very safe. ”
