It's in a really good part of town for tourists and the staff are pretty friendly.10:00 AM checkout is a little early in my opinion and they come and kick you out of bed right at 10:00 even when the empty is almost completely empty except you. Can't imagine why, but oh well.Free Internet usage on two computers downstairs.Great value for the price, I think Bryan, from USA ~ 1st Feb 2012

The location is great and the staff are pretty nice but its pretty dingy and dirty. The bathrooms are especially dirty and smell bad and the capsules and curtains are so old and dingy that they don't give you any confidence that they are clean. Sarra, from USA ~ 6th Oct 2011

Location okay, but there is smoking allowed in front of the rooms and it smells all the time... everything is a bit old and dodgy Holger, from Germany ~ 21st Oct 2011

Excellent if somewhat run-down place that is on the end of the Ginza line, making it super easy to get to Ginza and Shibuya without having to change metro. There are also direct trains from the airport. The capsules are kinda cool, the bathrooms and rooms are clean and there is an amazing hot tub that work wonders after a day of exploring Tokyo. It is close to a lot of cute shops and restaurants, and the Senso-ji temple. The lockers are secure but narrow, so you can't fit bigger bags in there. Carin, from Sweden ~ 22nd Sep 2011

ealier posts suggested bed bugs but my wife and in separate dorms had no problems. great hostel robert, from USA ~ 19th Sep 2011

The staff was incredibly helpful and the location is awesome. Lockers assured security as well as the fact that the front desk is situated in a position that doesn't really allow anyone that isn't a guest to go upstairs where the rooms are. It had computers with free internet and also a mini sauna! This is a great hostel to stay at if youre looking for good, cheap accomodations. The common room is also very nice with books and a tv with satellite. Katherine, from USA ~ 25th Aug 2011

Very comfortable and roomy capsules. Just a few seconds from the station but still quiet at night. It's older and a little dingy, but not dirty. The public bath is nice but the sauna wasn't available for use. The staff is kind and can communicate in English about normal hotel and tourism stuff but you might run into problems with other stuff. The hotel seems a bit run down and the capsule beds have seen better days, but the staff are very friendly and the sheets are clean. There is also a comfortable guest lounge with a big TV, and a sauna. Manuela, from Germany ~ 5th Aug 2011
