- “ They missed our reservation (thought we suppose to come in the next day) so we were put in the 4th floor without elevator. The room was very hot, the bed wasn't comfortable, and the remote for the TV didn't work. We will not recommend any one to go there. ”

- “ The room was excellent and it was a good per person price also. Very clean and very tidy. The reading lights did not work but that was the smallest of problems, besides the circuit breaker shutting off every 10 minutes until the correct switches were turned, but I think this was a very rare problem and did not effect my stay. Great hostel, I would recomment it highly! Not very close to Heidelberg city center though. ”

- “ Nice place if on a budget. There are cheaper places to stay around Heidelberg with air conditioning. If staying long term it works because it was an apt with small kitchen. But if you can make due in a hotel, there are many in Heidelberg. Had to remind them on several occassions to clean room and then it was not the best. ”

- “ One the most amazing and clean hostels I have ever stayed at: it was clean, welcoming, and in a charming neighborhood; however, it is a few minutes outside the city center by tram. Overall a gantastic place. ”
