This hotel is in an excellent location but the most outstanding factor about the hotel is the commitment of the resident manager Ally. He is committed to making you stay in Rome as rewarding and positive as posible. He has a great personality and sense of humour. He makes you feel at home. I witnessed his interaction with other guest as they arrived and left the hotel, he is the consumate host. With some assistance from the owner the hotel this would be excellent hotel. You rock Ally.
