Staff were very helpful and the rooms were spotless clean. The traffic can be a bit noisy, however the location was very convineant and close to transport.

More of a "hotel" than a classic hostel in my mind. We got a private room for 4, with an en suite washroom. Clean, comfortable, and basic. A simple breakfast was included. Very close to the downtown Geneva train station. Seemed a bit on the pricey side, but I believe everything is in Switzerland!
A solid and basic budget hotel. Close to the station and the private batrooms were clean. No air con though and the windows (which are double glazed) go out on to a busy and quite noisy street. There are smoking rooms so for an Aussie it had an kind of comforting pub smell. The staff are friendly and competant.

Hotel-Lido Geneva is very close to the train station and it's quite convenient to go to other scenic spots on foot. The room we stay is a little bit small and old but quite clean. The staff is really nice.
This was a great place to stay in Geneva, especially when you're used to staying in hostels. Of course, you pay for the extra comfort. It's really close to the train station, and it's not too far to the old town either.
