It would have been better if there had been a lift. But nonetheless, the staff were very helpful in helping with the luggage and calling a cab for us.

perfect location, the building/rooms is/are small but well cleaned.the breakfast is NOT included as, instead, stated in hostels.com. the staff speaks english. the only thing i didn't like was that, for the first time in my life, I had to pay as soon as I arrived O_o

I was traveling with two other friends and all three of us were very happy with the hotel. It is fairly bare bones (no shampoo, no art work on the walls, etc) but it was very clean, good size room, friendly/helpful staff who spoke English, and the location is unbeatable. It was no more than a 5 minute walk to a Metro station and the Louvre. About 10 walk to the Musse d'Orrsay. If you are looking for an afforable option in Paris this would be it.

Great location... nice clean little place. Highly recommended. They put us up on the top floor so there's a lot of stairs to climb. no elevator. But that didn't really bother us. Hotel doesn't allow food or drinks in the room. Which is fine too... keeps the place clean. sure, there are stains on the carpet and whatnot... but that's expected. Overall it is very clean. No shower curtain in the tub and the shower head doesn't have a holder to hold it up. This means you will need to hold the shower head yourself. Very hot water, so that was very good.

The room was not ready when we got there, eventhough, we got there about 2 to 3 hours late.....we still had to wait longer for our room.
