“ Nice, simple and clean hotel. small lift provided. But DO NOT STAY HERE DURING WINTER! the heater was not working properly. We complained (and so did other guests)..but nothing changed. We were cold and frozen like ice cube!!But if spring/summer/autumn, this I recommend to stay. Because the hotel location is good. Just 5 minutes walk to the famous Mannekin Pis and Grand Place. Tram station located infront of the hotel and so many restaurants (halal restaurants included) are near! ”

“ The location was great, but it was really cold in the hostel and in our room. We asked the staff about our broken radiator, but no one came to check it. I wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel while it's freezing outside. Even with an extra blanket it was cold at night. The breakfast is included in the price and was OK. ”

“ The location was excellent, we had a two bed room and the only bad thing was that the bathroom smelled bad for some reason. We stayed only one night so it wasn't a problem, there's no curtains for the shower but they aren't needed anyway. Good if you wanna stay in the center without spending much money. ”

“ First of all there was no security - we stayed 2 nights and both days someone else was in our rooms (a guy fixing the heater or pretending to fix it). it was bloody freezing - others had the same issues (heating not working, no hot water etc). Third of all the breakfast - we didnt even bother to go downstairs the second day (it was really bad); finally the roof was leaking. No table lamp for reading. It looked more like squat than hotel. seriously the worst hotel. stay away!!! ”

“ The room stank of tobacco. We had reserved a room with toilet but got one without. The lamps had loose electrical wiring, the walls were dirty. The lock on the door was also not working properly and the key got stuck in the lock always when locking and unlocking, and we had to struggle to get it loose. When complaining about the room we were told it was all that was available. In the morning we were told that it was a mistake, and we were promised a refund but I have still not received it! ”

“ A nice place in general. Friendly staff and clean with a nice breakfast in the morning. The location was close by the train station, but not necessarily in the nicest of neighborhoods. Would not venture out at night at this location, but during the day it was a perfect location to walk to all the sights. ”

“ It´s really close to the subway station (you can see the hotel at once, when you live Annessens station) and to the historical center of the city.The rooms are cleaned every day and the breakfasts are included. It´s a nice place to stay in Brussels if you like this city. ”

“ As other guests also mentioned, the hotel is under renovation, which means that if you get one of the newly renewed rooms, it is really all new, clean, modern. I was on the top floor, room was small but very clean and cute, so recommended. When arriving at the hotel, the restaurant and the reception look a bit old and warn out, but the rooms are really different. Location is top, literally in front of metro station, walking distance from the centre. Very helpful staff. ”
