When I arrived my room was not clean and I didn't had bed sheets. The personal was very friendly, but the level of English is very low. I had to big suitcases but there is no elevator in the hotel so I had to carry 25 kilo's 3 levels down the stairs. Elleke, from Netherlands ~ 21st Sep 2011
