checked in easily at 3am. great security. spanish (no english) staff is helpful and relaxed. hostel has there own tour bus which provides a nice ride to the nearby volcano. room was huge, with perfect air conditioner and nice mattress, bathroom was clean with hot water. sheets were old but the tv was great. very nice place and a great value for the money! would recommend to anyone going to san salvador. hunter, from USA ~ 16th Feb 2012

the staff was friendly but to go in and out it was restricted to the day time if you wanted to go out for a late dinner or a drink you have to give exact time to return.just as if you are living at home with mom. edwin, from USA ~ 5th Nov 2011

I had a great stay at this hotel. The only reason I marked it down in the fun category is because it's not your typical hostel, so it doesn't have the same kind of social scene. My room was spotlessly clean, the AC, wifi, and cable were all there as promised, and the included breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again. Kathleen, from USA ~ 26th Jul 2011
