Personal unfreundlich. Als ich ankam wurde ich mit den Worte "wer zu spät kommt" empfangen. Als ich mein Zimmer betrat wusste ich was gemeint war. Das Zimmer lag direkt am Treppenhaus und das Bad war dreckig. Es waren alte Haare im Waschbecken, Teppichreste lagen in den Ecken! Nachts war nicht an Schlaf zu denken, da die anderen Gäste auf der Etage laut waren, die Treppe rauf und runter rannten und ich ständig um Ruhe bitten musste! Hotel Paris in Frankfurt is a real Hotel, not a hostel. Everything is nice decorated, walls in blue-white-red, a lot of pictures from french movy stars. Breakfast very nice, croissants, coffee, tee, marmelade... Location is very close to the main train station, street clean and calm. Staff very friendly and helpful. A lot of restaurants (bosnian, african, german, italian, thai, arabian...)and small shops for a beer to go close by. Martin, from Germany ~ 6th Dec 2011

Staff very cold, unhelpful. Got defensive when I asked for very basic things, such as a room that had a phone that actually worked, or that got an internet signal. I actually left and found a room at another hotel on the same block an hour after I arrived. Didn't bother trying to get my money back, and didn't care at that point. Jasha, from USA ~ 26th Jul 2011

Hotel Paris Frankfurt had recently undergone new ownership.I would not recommend the hotel because we had multiple problems with the room.The phone did not work, therefore we did not have a working clock.The drawer in the bathroom was broken. We had to ask for a hair dryer.The room needed a thorough cleaning (behind beds) and fresh paint. The hotel was very convenient to the train station and the day staff very friendly and helpful.A continental breakfast was included. Linda, from USA ~ 20th Jul 2011
