Hotel Pearl Mumbai in Marseille, France

Hotel Pearl was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips and recommendations. The area was also nice. Hotel Pearl is located in close proximity to the airport, close to some shopping but not in the very centre of Mumbai. However, we found Chembur to be nicer, cleaner and seemingly safer place than other districts down south. The staff are great, helpful and very friendly. Will arrange anything for you. We got a full day taxi sightseeing tour and they arranged that we would be charged only for the distance driven, not for the waiting times. All in all the taxi driver asked for only 650 Rs! We stayed in Hotel Pearl Mumbai for three nights and liked it a lot. The staff was great and really helpful (e. g. they told us how to reach Goa and helped us to book the tickets, ordered taxis every time needed, free internet, great bookstore in the same building etc. ), the room was tidy and even the bathroom and the sheets were clean. The area is, well, Indian. You can really feel different athmosphere than in the center of the city. We can highly recommend this hotel for someone wh Anna Sofia, from Finland ~ 3rd May 2009
