Really small, smelly rooms, very noisy because of the neverending running water. it seemed like people were taking showers constantly 24/7. Very dirty showers, I felt like in the wood full of mushrooms. I would not recommend it to my enemy.

This budget hotel was very basic but if you're travelling on a budget it is good value for money. It's very close to a metro station so getting around the city is very easy. It's also in a lively area with lots of bars and restaurants around and also a supermarket. The man at the front dest can be rude and the showers weren't very clean. But if you're just looking for a place to sleep this is fine.

The toilet didn't have a toilet seat and the shower as well as the toilet was dirty. Many rooms were located at the street and when the window was open it was very loud and hard to sleep.

Bad. In a sketchy area. But it's what you'd expect for the price. If you're willing to spend a bit more try Hotel Cosy in the 12th.

Curious staff: 1 really nice girl, 1 crazy old lady and 1 mister not so friendly. But we didn't had problems.

the neighborhood was pretty good, there were lots of places near, it was close to the metro. staff was awful, but that mattered less than the DIRTY room, sheets with holes that we had to pay for, the fact that the shower was almost too foul to shower in (and paying for the towels could easily sway you not to). there are other hotels on richard lenoir that are much better, and its so worth going just a few doors down. you\'ll enjoy paris much more if you dont stay at this hotel.

Nowhere near as bad as all the reviews on here seem to suggest! This place is pretty basic, but it\'s fairly clean, reasonably comfortable and about what I\'d expect for the money. My only real complaints are that: A) we could only lock the luggage storage area after pursuing the staff for about half an hour, which leads me to B) - the fact that the staff didn\'t really seem to give a damn. But so what? Just stay your night or whatever and stop complaining.

Dirty rooms, but was in a good location closish to the city. Might stay here again, but they would need to clean more first.
