Hotel Ronda in Mallorca, Spain

this is the worst Hostel i have ever stayed in. The Staff is reaaaly unfriendly kinda rude also. During the check in day told me that i have to pay 8% more cuz its a tax. But it is not written in the Internet. They let me sign something in catalan/spanish according to them it was a comfirmation of day Passport dates.I asked for a English paper theytoldme u are in spain its not possible.
