Good place, but no kitchen. Good location everything near hotel. Andrey, from Russia ~ 10th Jan 2012

Staying in room 21: The television was not working properly only the local channels were of decent reception and the remote control had a lot of broken buttons. The cable for digital tv box was hanging loose without an empty socket to put it in. So it was no wonder channels didn't work. Water pressure was so low when flushing the toilet the cold water could not be used for 5 minutes. The hot water kept running normally wich made it quite unpleasant especially considering people could have stay Henk, from Netherlands ~ 9th Sep 2011

I found a different hotel after the first night. There's nothing wrong with the place exactly, just that several small things added up to make me feel uneasy. Most notably, you leave the keys at the desk when you go out, but there is rarely anyone at the desk, so anyone could walk in and take the key to your room. Also there was some sort of large insect in my room that I spent much of the night trying to kill. The breakfast was good though (although not free). Emily, from USA ~ 5th Aug 2011

the size of the room is okay for a short stay, but it should be clean under the bed. furniture and bed are wracked up. the 2 beds doesn´t fit together, so everybody has to sleep on his own side... the mattresses are to soft, or to old. Rene, from Germany ~ 7th Jun 2011

While you can reserve it on your credit card, owner prefers you to pay in cash, when you check out-not usually a problem, since it's a relatively inexpensive hotel. Located (sort of) between the North and Central stations of Brussels, but not extremely close to either one. I got lost-but I have a bad sense of direction especially to a place I'm not familiar with. The room is small-and feels slightly off balance/tilted-but it serves its function of a bed at night and shower in the morning, Amy, from USA ~ 16th May 2011

The room was ok, but the furniture was very old. One of our bed was broken. The shower could be better. Aline, from Brazil ~ 28th Apr 2011
