Hotel Sagrada Familia in Strasbourg, Spain

The hotel is nice, but the staff and service are very unprofessional. The staff sold us another company's bus tickets without saying anything when we asked where we can buy tickets for bus ran by TMB. The routes are different and it completely messed up our plan. They put the map of TMB routes and sell other company's. What's worse when we complained, there's another staff called Andrea he insulted us saying we were not well educated and it's our fault.
