staff were very average and little help given. though rooms and linen were clean. if you want breakfast its an extra 10 euro per day. very convienient location right in the city about a 10min walk to central station. nicole, from Australia ~ 2nd Sep 2011

Excellent location in the heart of the city, walking distance from central station, surounded by pedestrian streets lined with shops, bars & restaurants! The hotel itself is nothing special, but does the job. They claim to be eco friendly, but other than the request to use towels more than once, we didn't notice anything about that. Excellent location. No second word for that. Right next to the Grand Palace. All of the touristic spots in Brussels can be explored by foot if you stay in this hotel.
