  • Hotel Scoti was a pleasure to stay in. The owner, Doreen, gave us a warm welcome and some great advice about local sight seeing and dining. The location is safe and central - 3 to 5 min walk from city centre sights, has good restaurants nearby and only a short walk from the main train and bus stations. The accommodation is basic, very clean and has character. Excellent value for money compared to other accommodation in Florence. We definitely recommend staying at Hotel Scoti!

  • An extremely gracious and personable hostess at Hotel Scoti made my 4 day stay a delight. The hotel itself was charming, with more of an old world private apartment feel rather than a hotel atmosphere. Fantastic location. Clean, comfortable, highly recommended.
