initially booked 1st night in reunion only to arrive and be told they had no record of booking, luckily we had a friend to stay with!! stayed on another occasion, difficult to communicate, but generally a nice hotel

VALUE FOR MONEY: VERY BAD. *the back door of our room didn´t close and the staff say: " it doesn´t matter". *In hostels.com you can read that in Hotel Select the breakfast is included but Hotel Select said that it is not true. * The staff (except one person) only speak french!!
