great neighbourhood with subway and lots of good, cheap places to eat nearby.. the lady at the front desk pointed me towards Bergmanstrasse which was a delight to walk along.

We were in Berlin for New Years. Amazing city to celebrate it in. Great hostel, a little far from the action if you are walking, but it is close to a subway station. One of the best hostel breakfasts (included in price).

The staff was charming and very helpful in providing information on travel routes, local events, laundry facilities, etc. This is the place to stay if you want a simple, clean, friendly and inexpensive holiday.
