I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Van Belle. 10/15 minute walk will have you in town (Le Grand Place area) and there is a complementary bus service running to and from town in the evenings. Breakfast was also included in the modest price as was our return journey to the train station. Our room was a decent size given it was a triple room. I have no problem recommending this hotel. The rooms were not the same as on the photos published on their website. Everything is a bit worn out and the hotel is a bit gloomy in general. Though the stuff was very helpful and it was nice to have the breakfast included in the price. Iryna, from Ukraine ~ 27th Apr 2011

The surrounding area is not attractive, but the hotel was nice inside, with kind of oldish style. It guarantees a free bus which can take you back to the hotel at night up to 11pm from city centre. This solution is great as Bruxelles is not the safer city by night. An excellent price considering that you have a fairly acceptable breakfast included, and that you are not that far from downtown.
