- “ I actually didn't stay here. The site said that I booked a suite. When I got to the hostel it wasn't a suite and when we decided to leave and not use the room at all the clerk refused to refund my money and gave a bunch of lame and invalid excuses in which he contradicted himself. I intend to contest the charge. I would actually give this place a lower rating - more like 15 %. Definitely not worth the time or the money. ”

- “ The only good thing is that is near the center and close to a metro station. In 10 days they didn't change the sheets once and they gave us clean towers only after we complaned. Also they never cleaned the room even if we left them a notice at least 4 times. The price is high for the quality of service and the bigger issue imho is the lack of cleaness. I would never stay there again! ”

- “ The Hotel is really very basic, in every respect: the bathrooms are tiny, the bed was quite small, you had to eat the breakfast on your room (bad coffee...). We never saw the other guests. The staff, however, was very friendly, and the location is fine, close to Rue Ste Catherine. For a weekend in Montreal, it is fine. ”

- “ Pretty basic, but great price and great location. The "breakfast" sucked, though (white bread for toast, no butter, no fruit or yogurt anywhere, some cold dry croissants but not even a muffin), and the coffee was awful. Nonetheless, I would stay there again for the price and location. ”
