- “ This is a hotel instead of a hostel when I was accommodating here. As a visitor (R93627007) came from Taiwan, the price is worth and the facility is really nice. But you have to take a bus from downtown to the hostel but it's working all the time. The expense is almost equal to the stay in down town but you have a better quality. You shall you try once. ”

- “ Important note: They collected additional tax money upon arrival than the price indicated by Hostels.com. It was only a few additional dollers from me, but for others who are staying longer, beware! The bus to the hostel from light rail was not easy to find. I would suggest downloading the iPhone app "OneBusAway" to help find buses in Seattle. The hostel itself was very professional and clean. The common area, however, is a bit small and not very inviting in my opinion. ”

- “ Great surrounding neighborhood area and nice facilities. however, if you want to sleep this will NOT be a good choice for you. The bar below BLARES the radio until 2am each night. The staff, when questioned about why this has not been addressed (ie sound proofing, resetting rooms away from noise) simply shrugs and says "it used to be much worse". Crappy customer service if you want people to use your space again. Stay at downtown hostels...you'll sleep better. ”

- “ Nice hostel. The bar downstairs can be a little loud, but nothing ear plugs can't take care of. I was hoping for a larger common area. The kitchen is very nice and so were the bathrooms. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. ”

- “ Beautiful, beautiful design. Rooms are gorgeous, washroom facilities are lovely and modern. Maybe it was the Fremont spirit, but had a tendency to feel like the staff, in small part, was displeased by us. Wasn't hostile or explicit, but some of the caretakers seemed on the 'cold' side. Would recommend this hostel to others, but would definitely forewarn them of this 'holier-than-thou' atmosphere. Otherwise, thanks!! ”

- “ This was my first hostel experience ever. My boyfriend and I stayed in a private room with a king size bed and private bathroom for 2 nights. We went to the seattle area everyday and it was really closed. The staff was very friendly. I would recomend this place to everyone, it's very clean, secure, and cheap with a good situation. I hope to be back asap. ”

- “ This hostel is in a beautiful location in Fremont! The staff is amazingly friendly and patient. There were some discrepancy/ misunderstanding with hostels.com 's web info/ booking confirmation and the actual room that was available to me (completely NOT the hostels fault, fyi), but the staff dealt with it wonderfully (Thanks, Stephen!!) ! Everything was perfect about this hostel, the only warning i have for future guests is that the garbage trucks come at the most ungodly hours (4-5am)! ”

- “ HotelHotel Hostel is actually one of the best hostels I've ever been at. - very clean - safe - georgeous location (Seattle Fremont, lots of cafes, stores around, bus station around the corner etc) - big, spacious, luxury bathrooms - well equipped kitchen - very good WiFi - comfortable common room with big TV - professional, friendly staff Only downsides: - bar below the hostel - in some evenings very loud, even vibrating floor because of the bass - kind of unsteady, wobbly dormbeds ”

- “ Stylish without being pretentious, we had an excellent stay and thoroughly recommend the private room (13), it feels like you have your own urban apartment. Delicious pie shop downstairs, and Russian dumplings round the corner for munchy heaven too. ”

- “ I took a bus to the neighborhood at 11:45 at night and called for walking directions. I was told by the staff member that I could no longer stay there that night and that he could not tell me the reason - even though I had made an on-line reservation! The situation was resolved ultimately, but for about 10 minutes I was left out in the middle of nowhere in Seattle without a place to stay or any explanation. Also there was a loud Karaoke bar beneath the hostel that plays music until 2AM loudly. ”
