- “ I've booked the 4 person 2 bedroom suite, but when I arrived, manager on site told me that they literally don't have such room! They refused to give my money back and didn't propose me another room. So, after 20 minutes of arguing with them, I just left. I advice to NEVER book this hotel - you will be disappointed. Andrey ”

- “ Both my friend and I ate at the Cuban resturant. I ended up in hospital for 6 hours on a drip and my friend was bed ridden for 3 days. The staff at the resturant were unhelpful and did not let us leave a compalint. This cost me $1500 and also my entire stay in Vegas as we were both 2 unwell to go out and experince Vegas. Would never stay here again and will be telling everyone else also not to bother with this place. ”
