- “ Love it at this hostel! Felt like a home away from home! Nice and quiet, facilities were clean and big, staff were helpful! It was just occationally hard to find staff some times as they were not sitting at the desk most of the time. ”

- “ The owner was rude and confrontational. I had checked hua villa website (outside of hostels.com) & their website had offered pick ups from either interlaken ost or interlaken west. Owner said no (I have a screenshot to prove it) & because I had gotten lost & called repeatedly, his wife helped me find the place. When I finally got there, owner was confrontational, saying "Is there a problem?" I'm like hello - I'm the one with heavy backpack getting lost for an hour, and you're picking a fight?? ”

- “ Did not have visitor cards, that all hotels/ guesthouses/ hostels were supposed to have. Rooms a bit chilly. Ok place just to sleep and shower. ”
