The owners were kind, extremely friendly, and very helpful and made us feel at home. The grounds were not well kept, inconsistent with what you would expect in well manicured Switzerland. This place is run by a husband and wife. Both are very nice, but don't upset the husband or he will turn on you! Scary! We spent all our time partying at other hostels in the area, as there was nothing to do here. Very quite, if that's what you want. Just a place to sleep.
