Will stay there again. Clean, secure and good location. The door are noisy and the bathrooms were small, but overall was a good experience.

Pleasant, safe stay, but one should remember that this is a residence hall so you will need your own towels.

A perfect location in the center of London, really convenient to plunge into the city and come back for sleep. We had a nice view from the window on a city with London Eye lit at night. The room was quite clean (except for a few hairs on the pillow). The worst were locks in doors that made it impossible to close the door without waking up the whole floor. But the overall feeling is good.

Staff went out of their way to help in our particular circumstances. Worth the stay.

Exept for one person the staff was very unfriendly, I never have experienced that before. The rooms are clean but very small for the price...

The staff were far form helpful. Rather, the each person we encountered on the front desk was unhelpful and sometimes rude in thier tone. The cleanliness of the room was also poor. The sheets were not clean and the room had a strong smell of someone's sickness.

Nice People... good location! The accidental fire alarm allowed me to meet a good number of international people which lead to a fun night of dancing at a nearby club! Downside... finding the linens that were supposed to be in the room at arrival.

If I had known that the bathroom was going to be as cumbersome as it was, I would not have booked into the IES. The cabinet over the sink was jutting out so far over the sink that one had to dribble onto the floor when brushing one's teeth. The beds were not great as hostel standards go given the price. How could any student live there? Thanks.
