“ I initially paid 200 baht/night...I wasn't expecting much but when I was led over a plank of wood aka bridge to a wooden hut I started to have doubts...I then stepped inside to what can only be described as a glorified tent. Holes in the wooden walls and floor boards and squatting, open air communal toilets. I immediately 'upgraded' to the concrete accommodation (400 baht a night) which I felt I'd been robbed of as this was likened to a prison cell; with only cockroaches for company. Filthy. ”
