“ We had 2 nights and then the hotel stored our luggage whilst we went on a 2 night Halong Bay trip and then we returned for 2 more nights. Staff were excellent and were able to book taxi's, trips and recommend good restaurants. They emailed to offer a pick up service from the airport which we accepted. This was efficient and provided peace of mind and was good value. Our first room overlooked the Cathedral (but we could not here the chiming bells as could someone we met who was staying in a hotel a fe ”
