International Student Center (Mountain View) in Kiev, China

The guy working the counter tried to scam me before I was even checked in.Then he put me in a room where his elementary age cousins slept which was a bit awkward.The kitchen was obviously, the family's kitchen and I didn't feel like I could use it.The place was clean enough (excepting the kitchen) but all rather dingy.
