Hi Kiev It was a little hard to find the entrance of the hostel. another place, in the area of the hostel. Nice to receive a towel and sheets ! Thank you that I could stay in wonderful Kiev, it\'s the most interesting place of the whole of Europe !! Greetings Anne Cuppens, Belgium - Flanders.

This is a nice hostel. It is very small, which to me was an advantage - I just needed a peaceful place to sleep for a night. The staff spoke English and were helpful, the place was clean. I was alone in a two-bed room. There are restaurants, money exchange places, internet cafe and a pharmacy really nearby, and the metro station is not far, so the location is fine, too.

There are no keys for the doors, so the staff is supposed to keep them locked, but we once returned to the hostel to find our door open. There is only one shower and one WC for the whole place, which can be a little annoying. The location is decent, a short walk from Andrivski Uzviz and a bit further to St. Sophia's.

If You happen to be a lesbian, this is not the place for you. Seek something more polite.

Fairly good location, near metro line and Chornobyl museum. Staff are quiet and terse, but satisfactory. Rooms are clean, simple. No common area or kitchen. Laundry available, but NO INTERNET, even though it's advertised on the site. Kyiv is a wonderful city to visit, and this hostel serves the purpose well enough for a low price.

Very relaxed and helpful staff - particularly when arriving in the middle of the night with severe sun burn!!!

the staff is polite, but incommunicative. the one whose english is the poorest was the most friendly person. you don't get a key and after midnight they lock the door. when you go out and come home late you have to ring the doorbell to come in! hostel is not in the city centre, but only 2 metro stations away.

There's a metro station near, so that's awesome. The staff speak enough English to be understood. Overall, the hostel is very clean - rooms, sheets, bathroom and toilet. Locking the rooms from the outside isn't a possibility, apparently, though, so we had to take all our valuables when we strode into the wastelands.
