The room was a little cold, and there wasn't a lot of space to put your bag. The staff were really helpful & friendly. Good location right next to bus station and handy to the high street. Kate, from New Zealand ~ 2nd Sep 2009

friendly staff, great location but the common room and the kitchen are way to small. it gets really hot as soon as someone starts using their laptops. other than that, great hostel! Oriabel, from Canada ~ 6th Sep 2009

Located next to the bus station, in the middle of town. The outside door is locked with a number key, so nobody else can get in. The doors of the rooms have keys, there are small lockers as well. Unfortunately there is no table, and not much space for your luggage. The mattresses have springs in them.. it's creaky but you get used to it. The hostel is very clean, spacious, with a good kitchen, ten rooms, 3 bathrooms. Anne, from Netherlands ~ 1st Aug 2009

Has everything you need. Sheets were a bit manky. Close to everything and easy to find, with a carpark nextdoor nice n handy. Overall pretty good cheers, matt from oz Matthew, from Australia ~ 10th Jun 2009

very good, the people very friendly, nice TV room, maybe the kitchen is too small for 16 people. Jonathan, from France ~ 10th Jun 2009

The place was very clean, but the walls are extremely thin so you can hear EVERYTHING. Other than that, a pleasant stay. Elizabeth, from USA ~ 15th May 2009

At £7.50 a night you can't really complain too much I suppose. But...if getting decent sleep is mostly what you're looking for I can't recommend this place. Mattress springs digging into you, really squeaky beds whenever you move, the nightclub right next door with the main hang out alleyway right outside the dorms, just 2 working showers in the whole hostel...I'd definitely be spending a few extra pounds for a more comfortable hostel if I were to return to Inverness. Great location, lovely staff ;] room size was really good for this price. Cheap Car Park next to hostel (3 Pounds for 24h). Good deal! Przemyslaw, from Poland ~ 29th Apr 2009

The walls are really thin, you hear every word spoken in the neighboring room and every door shut wakes you up. The mattresses were the most horrible ones I've ever slept on (and I slept in a lot of hostels...). So if you want to get some sleep, spend some more money and stay in another hostel! The place is filthy - dirty sheets, sinks coming off bathroom walls, most toilets and showers were out of order and the toilet/shower to bed ratio is tiny to start with. No clean towels or linen - was informed that it was sent out yesterday and would be back till late tomorrow. Christy, from USA ~ 20th Apr 2009
