  • I started and finished a 3 week trip to Ireland with a stay at isaacs. I intend to do the same next trip. It was a clean, hospitable and fun place that felt like home. With jetlag and sleepless it gave a relaxed, safe feeling I desperately needed. Special thanks go to a man named Floren who I never saw stop working and somehow still found time to attend to my special needs that were certainly above and beyond any job description. He was crucial to my wonderfull trip.

  • The staff were very friendly and helpful in orientating us to Dublin. The hostel is centrally located, a 10min walk from where you 'want' to be and has everything you need while travelling. I only spent one night, but would stay there again without a doubt! Highly recommend

  • Add some brackets in the shower room would be good.

  • It was everything perfect except for the kitchen, in my opinion Isaac Hostel should buy new facilities for the kitchen because half of hobs don't work properly and the other half don't work at all. Also three showers aren't enough for one entire floor. However I really recomend this hostel.

  • Large hostel with a reception / ground floor common area which is usually quite busy. Nice basement common area and some other nice surprises. Some services cost extra. Staff was always pleasant to me Have stayed here a few nights on three different years.

  • We walked into Isaac's, it was hopping with activity! Students were interacting and music was playing. It had a very electric atmosphere that anyone 25 and under would adore. The young at heart wouldn't feel too out of place either!!

  • A pretty good hostel, in a decent part of Dublin. Quiet at night and secure. Not far from Temple Bar but a little hard to find at first. Good facilities and friendly/helpful staff. I would recommend this hostel as it is a great value for the money.

  • This hostel is located under a railroad bridge, from morning to late night, trans unceasingly passed by and roared over the windows of our dorm, shaking heaven and earth. At the night on May 26 when I lodged there, some guys swarmed outside our dorm's window, they made uproar through the night, but no staff put a stop to their making trouble. I and others were disturbed and sleepless all night. It's a nightmare experience. Never take overnight in such a noise hostel!
