The bathrooms were not clean and cold showers, but it seems that after the remodeling the place will be nice. The sauna was a little creepy but seemed to be clean. Dublin is small enough that anywhere is good location if you are willing to walk. Over all not the best hostel to be at alone, but filled the needs of a traveler. Michael, from USA ~ 14th Aug 2009

Good location. Room was just by the railway, a bit noisy. No aircondition, so f***ing hot in the morning. Me and my friend had to stay in separate rooms, due to another person who "stole" my friends bed when we were out partying. But nice garden, and nice staff. Nice location is really close to everything. NOw the breakfast was a bit dissapointing since it only offers toasts and orange juice. And for budget travellers a gud breakfast is very important!IN any other hostel they offer this for free. The bathroom also was a bit horrible I must say. They do not mention that you can hear the train tracks from the 16 bedroom mixed room and that was the major thing about the hostel. Other than that, it´s what you pay for. if you want cheap and decent, go here but dont expect a good night´s sleep with the 16 bedroom. And breakfast is only toast and jam and when it runs out they do not replenish it, but for under 70 euros for 4 nights, its a pretty decent deal. Stephanie, from USA ~ 23rd Mar 2009
