Apart from the noise at night from excited uni students, and a drunken Irishman one night, an excellent stay. One of the best backpackers I've stayed in. Thoroughly recommended.

It was noisy at night, from the traffic and some noisy next door neighbours. It would be nice if theres a thicker blanket.

Was very impressed with room and location, however it was not cleaned everyday, even when we asked the cleaners to vacuum. The only thing I wasnt happy about was being told that I need an international passport or member card to stay there AFTER I had already booked the room. This meant I had to spend extra cash on top of the actual room cost.
Really nice hostel in a good location. The rooms had tv, fridge and lockable cupboards as well as a balcony. The kitchen wasn't the cleanest and was a little on the small side. Would definitely stay again.
the cleaners just change the bed, they dont wipe the counter tops or the basin in the bathroom, they didnt vacuum either.

Fantastic hostel, its a hotel too so you get great facilities for cheap rates. swimming pool and free tennis are great. big kitchen, quiet rooms, great location right by the beach and town.
We arrived very early to the hostel and were told that we would have to wait until 12 (it was 8 when we got there) for our room to be ready, despite entering our arrival time at time of booking on the website. Other than that it was a nice place to stay and the location wasnt bad at all.
Most staff unfriendly.Key exchange without letting us know.Reception didn't know any thing about it.Only with bugging them keys were found.On request they didn't offer compensation.We weren't allowed to use the luggage room,only the room with paid lockers.They declined to watch our luggage while we go get money at the ATM.The in house ATM was out of order.The area around the pool and whirlpool is really nice.The location close to the astonishing beach and shopping mall is great.
