the location was o.k. but he didn't pick me up at the airport, weather he promised in an e-mail.

Very nice environment for socializing and despite the language barrier the staff were able to help with everything. The kitchen was lacking but I'm not even sure if guests were meant to use it. The room was quite clean and the ceiling fan was adequate for cooling. The lack of windows and exclusively flourescant use made the lighting a bit inadequate at all times of day.

In general a great place, but not the best guest house for meeting other young people.

The 2nd incedent with booking through your system.... I had email correspondence with the hostel before arrival to let them know that I wouldn't be there the first night as I was delayed and they said that my room would be waiting when I arrived... Guess what??? It wasn't... I showed up the next day around noon and they'd already given my room away the night before!! Oh well.. found a much better guest house to stay in, but not impressed that I lost MORE MONEY (deposit) on a booking with your website!

Really nice place - just ten minutes walk from the centre. Set back from the road so nice and quiet. Large, clean rooms and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Awesome place to stay. I will stay there again if I ever have the pleasure of returning to Siem Reap. The staff were extremely welcoming and the rooms were private and clean.

great location, great vibe. There are two jasmine's the origial on hwy6 and the annex down a little alley across the steet. the annex is much quieter, cheaper and nicer rooms. annex has nice lounge and pool table. main has lounge, pool table and the restaurant. cant go wrong either way, easy bike ride to temples and town, great staff next door laundry, pub, internet, shopping etc. very clean and well kept. laid back setting means your door opens to outside.

I thought some of the comments I read before coming here were not that hot. I supose you see what you want to see and did what you want to dig. For me, it was great. It was clean, well situated for the temples, good food, everyone was helpful and smiled. Who could want anything more.

The owner was unable to secure a guide for us and was rude when we asked why the driver we had hired through him for 12USD wanted to charge $3 extra dollars for some temples. The "free" airport pickup was only if you used the same person as your driver for your stay in Siem Reap. We ended up switching hotels to one closer to town with air conditioning and hot water for $6 more. I do not recommend this property!
