They had wrong information about the breakfast on Sunday morning written in the rooms. It said that you could get it till noon and when we came down at 11am and asked for the breakfast, they said that it was just till 10.30 and that the information is old and they forgot to change. BUt we had paid for the breakfast. Moreover, there was a $4 fee for leaving the bags in the locker room, after we had to check put at 11am. That was kind of annoying.

Very loud & noisy environment. Difficult to get any peace or quiet time at all. Staff kind of matter-of-fact & condescending , mostly temp work-exchange young staff, so they're not too concern about the needs or well-being of the quests.
Security is a joke. Had my food and drinks stolen several times from the kitchen refrigerator. And the stuff don't seem too concern, claiming that they have their food stolen too, so that's that, too bad. Once while I was there, some guests had their money s

the staff is very kind i am keeping in touch with most of them;the position is good close to the beach and to ocean drive;the room were clean enough but the cleaness depend on your roommates,as well.the only 2 thing i didn't like were the poor breakfast and the lack of the lock in the room. you can get one outside paying.

Only stayed 1 night. Fun and friendly. Found all staff, including cleaning service, to be friendly and prompt. You won't get much restful sleep. But you're not in South Beach to sleep anyway. Try to sleep on the beach during the day. Locker availability is very limited. Rate was astonishingly high during WMC, but I guess expected.
