Jazz on the Park-Hostel in New York City, United States

I know that it's part of going to hostels, but there seemed to be way too much drinking for my tastes. The wifi didn't work, and when I told he staff, they said it worked and it was my fault, even though others had the same probs. Rory, from Australia ~ 31st Oct 2009

This is a great hostel. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. It seemed everyday I went to take a shower the cleaning crew was cleaning it, that said the showers and bathrooms were very clean. Got to watch the UofM game on the large flat screen in the coffee shop and the hangout room was rock'n most nights. Stayed in a mixed 12 person room and had no issues. Great hostel, but they should definitely get rid of comedy night. The beds were stiff. One of my rooommates used my towel, so i used another roommates towel and placed the towel that was supposed to be mine on his bed, that way the guy that stole my towel gets the blame for stealing the other guys towel. haha! santonu, from USA ~ 14th Oct 2009
