i really enjoy it my station here and it's very well communicated with all the stations,it's a safe zone and the staff is very helpful,special Jonathan,Hector and Damain.

Spoke to staff about extending reservation for an extra night, was told reservation had been made, however on 2nd last morning was told that we didnt have a bed for that night and had to leave... despite making booking 5 days before. Also saw cockeroach in cutlery draw. Hostel is in Harlum which has a bad reputation but overall area wasnt too bad, although wouldnt want to walk around too late at night.

The room smelled horribly of B.O. The front desk attendant assigned me to a disheveled bed that was surrounded by someone else's belongings so I ended up switching. The bathroom was gross and unkept (dripping faucets, broken towel bar, hair on floor).Not really located in a safe area.

3rd story bathroom with a lot of water on the floor. the door of the bathroom 205 does not close well.not enough closets.
