The bathroom was pretty filthy and I barely had any hot water. The Male front desk clerk is helpful when he wants to be, but in typical Korean fashion it is according to tradition, what is familiar. It's location is great and the room size is perfect for the cost. If you are traveling on a budget, then this is a pretty good deal, considering.

Kevin, the owner, was extremely helpful with accommodating your needs as well as tips for where to go. His English is excellent and is EXTREMELY useful in getting around Korea as most foreigners will be lost. If you are traveling through Jeju Island and are near the south of the island. in Seogwipo City and need a great place to stay while touring a fantastic island at a fantastic value, look no further than Jeju Hiking Inn.

Hostel owner was very helpful with information on tours and transportation. The location was actually quite great for many different things. There is a scuba diving company right down the road, which was very fun. (Big Blue 33) I would stay again.

Bathroom actually made me a little scared(mildew/duct taped floor pipes/hot water(occassionally). I will be happy to pay more for nice, clean bathroom. Nothing special, just clean.

The owner is an awesome guy!! =) Speaks excellent english. The main sights are within 15-30min walking distance from the hostel. Everything is great except that don't expect high water pressure during shower time =P!
